Our mission is to promote the sport of competitive shooting in South Florida by exhibiting sportsmanship, professionalism, and leadership. As a team, we aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment for new and experienced shooters alike, while helping improve the sport’s reputation and fostering community growth. 

1. Match Participation

• Each member is required to participate in a minimum of [specified number] matches   per calendar year.

• Members are encouraged to represent the team in local, regional, and national events to the best of their ability.

2. Honesty and Integrity

• Members shall adhere to the rules of the sport and demonstrate honesty in all aspects of competition.

• Cheating, unsportsmanlike conduct, or any behavior that undermines the integrity of the team or the sport is strictly prohibited.

3. Professional Conduct

• Members are expected to maintain the highest level of professionalism and dignity both on and off the range.

• Respect for teammates, competitors, range staff, and spectators is mandatory at all times.

• Members should avoid any behavior or language that is offensive, derogatory, or otherwise unprofessional.

4. Supportiveness and Leadership

• Members are expected to be helpful and supportive to other competitors, especially new shooters, and act as ambassadors for the sport.

• Be proactive in assisting range staff with match setup, teardown, and other tasks as needed.

• Serve as positive role models and leaders within the shooting community.

5. Promoting Positivity

• Members must demonstrate a positive attitude at matches and events, fostering a welcoming environment for all participants.

• Members should actively work to build relationships with other shooters and encourage new participants to join the sport.

6. Safety Commitment

• Members must strictly adhere to all firearms safety rules and regulations as defined by match organizers, governing bodies, and range officials.

• Any unsafe behavior will be addressed immediately and may result in disciplinary action or removal from the team.

• Sportsmanship: Celebrate the achievements of others and compete with integrity.

• Community: Actively work to grow and support the local shooting community.

• Responsibility: Be accountable for your actions and committed to personal improvement.

• Leadership: Inspire others through your conduct, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:

1. Verbal or written warnings.

2. Suspension from team activities or matches.

3. Permanent removal from the team.
